The Olympic Village Bonnet Box Story

 

Olympic Village is a high end multi-family complex located in Vancouver, BC, consisting of a large number of condominium residences. One of the major issues for many owners was the lack of easily accessible storage. Storage Box Solutions was contacted by a council member to evaluate the situation and recommend a workable solution. After reviewing the specific needs of owners, Storage Box Solutions recommended The Bonnet Box.

In preparation for a strata bylaw review and update, a Bonnet Box was installed at the front of a parking stall as a demo for the tenants to evaluate. With positive resident feedback, the Board presented a change to the condo bylaws to allow storage in the parkade in the Bonnet Box. Ultimately the strata bylaws were amended and installation of Bonnet Boxes commenced.
